About our ADU team

Why we start every ADU with a study we don't charge for.

Elevation Pro started in siding — James Hardie fiber-cement exteriors across Greater Seattle — and ADUs are the natural next step: the same licensed crew, the same finish, building whole homes in people's backyards.

We've walked lots that couldn't be built on, and told the owners for free, because the alternative — taking someone's design money for a project that can't get permitted — isn't a business we want. That's why every ADU here starts with a written feasibility study at no charge.

A small team means the people who price your project are the ones who build it. No sales layer, no handoffs — the same crew from the first lot check to the keys.

Credentials & license

Licensed, bonded — and verifiable in two clicks.

You shouldn't have to take a builder's word for it. Ours is public record you can check yourself.

Registered WA general contractor

Elevation Pro LLC is a Washington limited liability company and an active registered construction contractor with WA Labor & Industries, based in Bellevue. This is the license that lets us design, permit and build your ADU.

Builder's knowledge of the code

The same team that finishes homes in Hardie fiber-cement knows the city ADU codes it has to clear — Kent's detached-ADU rules, Bellevue's LUC 20.20.120, Seattle's DADU path — so your design is drawn to pass, not to fight the reviewer.

Just ask — full certificates of registration, bonding and insurance are available on request, and our contractor license is public record you can look up yourself anytime.

How we work

Three things we won't budge on.

  • You get the "no" for free

If your lot can't hold an ADU, you'll know before you've paid a dollar — and you keep the study.

  • One flat fee, known upfront

Design and permitting is one flat fee for a standard detached ADU. City fees are itemized separately — nothing buried.

  • The crew that prices it, builds it

A small team means the people who priced your project are the ones on site — no sales layer between you and the builder.

Our work

Built to a finish, not to a photo.

One crew, from the first drawing to the final walk-through.

The exterior finish on every home we build is the same James Hardie fiber-cement siding we've specialized in for years — the standard that clears the strictest city material rules for ADUs. It's the part of the job you'll look at every day, and the part we won't cut.
