These Terms govern your use of the Elevation Pro Construction website and online estimate tool. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Estimates are not a binding quote
The price shown by the online calculator — including any “lock-in” or per-square-foot promotional pricing — is an approximate estimate for budgeting only. It is generated from the inputs you provide and standard assumptions. Your actual price is confirmed in a written quote only after a free on-site measurement, which may change the scope and total based on the real condition and dimensions of your home.
2. Requesting a measurement
Submitting the form is a request to be contacted; it does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any work is governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins.
3. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information so we can reach you and prepare a meaningful estimate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or others’ information, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, design, and copy are owned by Elevation Pro Construction. “James Hardie,” “HardiePlank,” “HardiePanel,” “ColorPlus,” “Aspyre,” and “Artisan” are trademarks of James Hardie Building Products Inc.; we are an independent installer and are not endorsed by James Hardie unless stated.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevation Pro Construction is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on an online estimate.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
